Hanz de Fuko offers flat rate shipping within the continental United States. Domestic orders ship via USPS and arrive within 3-5 business days.

AK / GU / HI / PR: Domestic shipping rates apply

APO / FPO / US Military: Domestic shipping rates apply

International Shipping

Hanz de Fuko offers flat rate, worldwide shipping. Any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. International orders ship via USPS or DHL and arrive within 7-14 business days. 

Rates:

Canada & Mexico Flat Rate: $10.00

Rest of the World Flat Rate: $16.95

We automatically expedite all international orders over $100 via DHL Express

Return Policy  

Hanz de Fuko accepts returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase under the following conditions:  

Your jar, bottle, or closure has been broken or damaged during transit

You would like to return or exchange your unopened product(s)*

*Applies to unopened, full-size hair care and hair styling products only. Samples, promotional items, and clothing may not be returned.

Provide your name, order number, and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email

Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions

Hanz de Fuko does not cover return shipping. Customer may select the return shipping method
